Shipments are made by ELTA Courier and are charged with shipping costs. The shipping charge is adjusted based on the volume and weight of each order.

Minimum shipping charge 5 €

You can indicate that you want a recipient charge in case you collaborate with a courier. Please let us know by phone or in the comments.

Returns and changes for items you have purchased from the online store or by phone, are made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer from the courier company and if you have first informed us. In case the returned items do not have any defect, or no mistake has been made by the company, the return costs are charged to the customer.

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition and in its original packaging.

The proof of purchase must be included in the return package.
